Transparency — the work in levitation
With the Transparency series, Laurence Litomi takes her original works and engraves them, with an enchanting mirror effect, onto magnificent plexiglass panels. Light passes through the material and reveals transparency and depth, while the work, mounted in levitation, appears to float before the wall. Each piece, unique and numbered, offers a precious and contemporary reinterpretation of the artist's icons — a subtle play of reflections that transforms with the light and the viewer's gaze.
